  1. I was also beating myself up about workout play lists. I wanted a good one, didn’t think I made good ones, would collect songs, etc. etc. I started using the LoLo Beatburn app for running/walking. It takes the music in your ipod, finds the one closest to your needed tempo and then changes the bpm until it is right on. I have been amazed at how helpful it has been. My music, at the right tempo. Kick Ass.
